ORTEC has an impressive Retail Industry resume, varying from its very first customer Food Retailer Schuitema, signed in 1981, to many customers within the top of European Food Retailers today. ORTEC’s customer list includes:
ORTEC optimizes Ahold’s supply chain with the integration of outlet distribution, and DC and customer transport. In-home deliveries have increased from 11 to 14 stops per trip.
ORTEC finished its software implementation in France in 1994 at Carrefour’s 15 depots and more than 1400 outlets, which resulted in improved SLA, higher vehicle productivity and less sub-contracting.
Since 2003, Food Retailer SPAR has been using ORTEC’s software at 6 different sites in Austria, which covers 27 planners, 16 depots and over 2500 outlets.
