ORTEC Harmony for Workforce Scheduling

ORTEC Harmony’s workforce scheduling functionality supports: creating tasks and shifts, generating crew rosters, workstation assignment, vacation planning, and determining cyclical rosters, while taking into account employee preferences, employee qualifications and labor regulations.
Crew Dispatch concerns all real time, ad hoc disruptions as a result of changes in the workload and absenteeism of employees (illness, tardiness). An optimization engine is available to suggest alternatives to cover vacant shifts. All changes made to the original schedule will be registered accurately.
ORTEC Harmony’s time and attendance functionality supports payroll pre-processing (registration of hours worked and calculation of overtime) and entitlement management (e.g. vacation balances). Management information is available for evaluation purposes in a large number of standard reports. Users can also configure additional overviews themselves if required. Direct export to MS Office simplifies further processing.
