ORTEC Consultants BV established; the company ceases to be a commercial partnership (‘VOF’)

ORTEC Consultants is comprised of three departments: Pensions, Production Planning, Logistics and Planning & Structure

1993
Partnership with Belgium-based telecoms company Ditel
Establishment of ORTEC France

Establishment of ORTEC Systems

ORTEC Consultants comprises the following departments: Risk Management, Performance & Real Estate, Production Planning, and Logistics and Aviation.

ORTEC acquires an interest in Logiplan, a German-based software provider specializing in scheduling solutions
