Tasks / Responsibilities
Manage the day to day activities associated with delivering software and services to customers. Act as the primary customer contact during product implementation. Create and maintain project schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into specifications. Set platform and integration direction based on specific customer requirements. Act as the internal consultant to resolve IT related issues on customer accounts.
Skills / Qualifications
Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Mathematics or Computer Science Able to use C++, Borland Delphi & Oracle Completed coursework in cryptology queuing theory and networks
